You guys are trying way too hard that you make yourself look shady as a company. You didn't make your customer happy and your first reaction is to sue your customer for something that your company cannot clarify. Receipts and proofs can be counterfeited so easily these days and all your proofs are covered by mosaics so what's the point of showing them anyways? I never see big and trustworthy stores like matchesfashion.com, neiman Marcus, Nordstrom or Saks jumping out when their customers are not happy with the products. And they don't claim to be 'the biggest luxury store' in whatever region. This is just my opinion and I'm sure everyone else has their own too. 来自: iPhone客户端 |
