招聘职位：

1. 餐厅经理：

     a 具备流利的英语和普通话语言能力，具备酒店管理学历或两年以上高档餐厅的管理经验

     b对纽约餐饮行业有专业的见解，较强的沟通能力以及处理事物的灵活应变能力

     c 对美食和酒品和服务有专业的知识背景，自律有条理，起带头作用

2. 调酒师：

     a 对酒水有专业的知识理解，有创意，至少两年以上在高档餐厅的工作经验

     b 擅长与客人沟通，建立良好的客户关系，个人风格凸显

3. 川菜师傅

     a 有两年以上高档餐厅工作经验者优先

4. 面点师傅

     a有两年以上高档餐厅工作经验者优先

5.  打杂

     a 有厨房相关工作经验者优先

6. 收银员/接待：

     a双语能力 （中文和英语），形象气质佳， 熟手优先

7. 服务员、企台：

    a 双语能力 （中英文），形象气质佳

    b 沟通能力强，服务能力意识强，熟手优先

8. 接线员：

    a 双语能力 （中英文），形象气质佳

Jasmine Restaurant - Culinary and Operation Division Recruitment

Jasmine Restaurant, our brand new restaurant, is up to open in March 2017. Located in midtown Manhattan 216 east 49 street, the new restaurant aims to bring upscale Chinese cuisines to Midtown Manhattan. Sitting at a spacious space of 6,000 square feet in a convenient Midtown location, the new restaurant is able to accommodate up to 130 customers with two private rooms suitable for special occasions and business meetings.

We are now hiring in New York. If you are interested in any of the following positions, please feel free to contact us. We are looking for Restaurant Manager and Staffs

1. Culinary Creative Director

a. Passionate about cooking and have good taste and creativity

b. Could create menu items that are simple but elegant and cater to both Western and Eastern tastes and preferences  

C. Have a good understanding of upscale food presentation and are able to incorporate Western elements into traditional Shanghai cuisines in a creative way.

2. Restaurant Manager and Manager Assistant

a. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

b. Major in hospitality management or 2+ years of experience in upscale restaurant management.

c. Strong understanding of the restaurant industry in New York. Knowledge of food, beverages, and customer service.

d. Ability to lead the team, solve problems in different conditions, and work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

3. Bartender

a. Knowledge and good understanding of various beverages/drinks with creativity in service

b. 2+ years of working experience in an upscale restaurant

c. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Have a great personality and desire to serve customers.

4. Server

a. Proficiency in either English or Chinese, with presentable appearance.

b. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to serve each customer courteously and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Experience preferred.

5. Receptionist

a. Proficiency in either English or Chinese, with presentable appearance.

b. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to serve each customer courteously and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Experience preferred.

5. Cashier

a. Proficiency in either English or Chinese, with presentable appearance.

b. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to serve each customer courteously and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Experience preferred.
