We're signing the lease for a huge penthouse in Rego Park (5 minutes of walk to M and R). The apartment is in a brand new building (38 units and 7 floors) completed last year. The building is equipped with a 24-hour gym, bike storage, 24-hour laundry room and video intercom. The Rego Park area is very nice and convenient.

We are two mid-late 20's professional women working full-time in Manhattan and Queens. We will be taking the master bedroom and the medium bedroom. We are now looking for 2 additional roommates for this spacious apartment. Move in date is flexible, but it has to be either the end of June of the 1st week of July. WE NEED TO FIND THE 1ST ROOMMATE IN 48 HOURS FROM NOW IN ORDER TO LOCK DOWN THE APARTMENT! IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO INTERVIEW, WE'D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU ASAP!

The small bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom (you will have exclusive access to this bathroom) and a private terrace. Every room is equipped with air conditioners and heat. The living room area has almost the same amount of space as the master bedroom, although you will be sharing the bigger bathroom with us. The 2nd terrace of this apartment is directly connected to the living room, so you have amazing view/sunlight in addition to the space. We will be installing some type of separator to make sure that you have enough privacy.

We are looking for two 20-30's female roommates with job (proof of income is required) or student with sufficient and consistent financial support from parents/guardian. Since 3 people will be sharing the main bathroom, we prefer that the roommate who takes the living room be a student with flexible schedule. We are very easy to get along with and we usually keep it to ourselves. We look forward to meeting roommates we can be friends with. This being said, we would prefer the amount of house guests to be kept at a minimum. As this is a brand new beautiful apartment with features rarely find in others, we hope our roommates would respect the cleanliness of it and keep the living environment clean and organized.

The small bedroom will be 750/month and living room will also be 750/month. This is a hard-to-find price in NY. We have worked with a real estate agent to acquire this apartment and we are paying for the agent fee. You will not be responsible for this fee.

Only cold water is included in the rent, so you will also be splitting utilities with us. The apartment is not furnished, so you will also need to bring your own furniture (area conditioner and heater is included in every room, so no need to bring your own).
