The "Luxury Apartments" sign at the front door is where the ridiculousness starts.1) Management is unresponsive, makes YOU feel like you are asking for too much for say, when your bathroom is flooding at 11:00 pm at night (and when they tell you that the technician is out for "lunch"--at 11:00pm??), and a multitude of other inconsistencies.2) Doormen are simply at the desk and that is all. They will not help you out in any manner with bags etc. 3) Forget about accommodating any guests you have--the front desk is only a front desk. 4) The carpets are disgusting and sometimes don't get cleaned for an entire week.This is not a luxury building nor will you get the treatment of a doorman building.
