AA Executive:
1) $5000 (total over next 3 months) => 15000 miles
2) $1500 (every month over next 3 months) => $100 + 5000 miles
3) $1000 (per month) => 1000 miles (per month) for the next 16 months

Prestige:
1) $4000 (every month over next 3 months) => $200 credit
2) $6000 (total over next 6 months)=> 15000 TYPs
3) Extra 1 pt on all purchases over next 6 months (bonus cap: 50000pts)
4) BT (not interested)

6月底再去要Citi Premier和Hilton Reserve的Retention，顺便做完AA Exec卡retention任务后消卡避免AF.

3月中旬Branch申卡，开卡到现在不到两个月。
共“消费”将近$15000，中间尝试要过两次retention，今天第三次以要消Exec卡的名义要了两张卡的retention。
在Citi眼里，我是丐帮的。

Prestige offer不错没想到这么短时间就能要到你之前两次都没要到？

第一次要是4月份，刚出了第一期账单。Retention说真没有offer。因为那时候有超市5×pts，想喂红鸟用。
第二次要是5月初，出了两期账单，retention觉得我没有想要cancel的意思，就以没有offer打发我了。我觉得肯定系统有，只不过她不想给。
第三次就是刚刚，要到了。
觉得早上打电话要到的可能性大些（前提是系统有offer的情况下）。

打过，人家说我信用历史短。
去年9月份拿到的SSN。。

大家都说不到1年不要碰citi,也怪自己手贱了。。。

我2周前打过去问EXE 没说retention 就说我花了这么多能不能给点啥人直接给了15k啥也没说什么情况....

我是想要extra miles的打过去问用了快一年花了不少能不能给个extra miles的offer 妹子差了下说没有offer 但看你是loyal customer 要不就给你15k吧 2 billing cycel到帐
