MA 转title相关问题

女朋友2014年12月从dealer那Finance了一辆新车（$20,000+），三年期。但是我准备2015年5月中直接pay off余款，顺便把title转到我的名下（现在title是她的），期间的deposit，monthly payment，等所有费用都是我出的，以她的名义Finance是因为我当时没有SSN并且资金不足矣一次性买下。现有以下三个问题：

1）请问如果走gift的话，我和GF任何一方是否要交税（MA）？买的时候已经交过了车辆购置税。


2）我知道要填写Form MVU－24 Affidavit in Support of a Claim for Exemption from Sales or Use tax for a Motor Vehicle Transfered as a Gift。 但是我很confuse表格中间有四个勾选yes or no的地方，请有经验的朋友给点建议。

a) Did either party make or receive payment in any form in connection with the transfer?
b) Did either party make a promise of payment for the vehicle, or does either party expect payment in the furture?
c) Did either party assume any debt in connection with the transfer?
d) At the time of the transfer, did the donor intend to make a gift of the vehicle to the donee?

3) 我想了解一下转titile的具体过程，我事先已经查过相关信息和资料，但是不同的人有不同的idea，在这里想再听听前人的建议，。
