我在网上查到的是需要在target激活临时卡。然后再在网上注册绑定换永久卡。

那我下次去的时候问问能不能我不激活直接拿出来，寄给你你去当地的target，用自己的ID激活吧~

前辈，以我考古得来的结论看，是不能的。如果你直接寄给我让我激活，是可能被视为盗窃的。而且貌似只有卖redcard的地方才能激活。

但是，如果我激活，是不是就是我的卡，你没法用啦？
上次激活的时候需要输入护照的~

Using the REDcard at Target, you can receive 5% off of purchases, free shipping at Target.com and 30 days extra on returns. There are no fees to load the card and no minimum balance is required. The program rules can be found at target.com/prepaidredcard

I will send the actual card via free USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number . I am not sending an email with a picture of the card like other sellers as I cannot prove that you received it otherwise.  The cards have been preregistered and loaded with $1.00.  You will need to register the card (online) yourself upon receipt of the card. The PIN is on the card itself which is needed when you register it.  After registering the card, you will receive your permanent card from American Express through the mail in generally 5-7 business days.  In the mean time, you can use the temporary card that you will receive from me with the funds that you load on it (plus the $1.00) which is already on the card.


去ebay上看到了怎么弄得，也就是我激活的卡不一定是我用，可以给你在网上第二次激活，然后你用ssn验证之后属于你自己~是这么理解吧~
