Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
This position requires the employee to be a live in staff.
• Provide guidance for students to achieve a positive attitude and proper behavior in dormitory living environment and to accomplish their goals and objectives.
• Patrol and monitor dormitories and center as required ensuring safety and proper behavior of students, resolving potential or occurring problems.
• Maintain dormitory and students files.
• Transport students to and from grocery, airport, shopping trips as required.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate Diploma or equivalent degree is required.
Related education background or working experience is required.
Valid Driver License is required.
Miami University Alumni preferred.
