TOEFL WAIVER: 海本申请（过）MS at Rice 看过来！！

请问在我五月即将于美国大学毕业的情况下，申请RICE可以waive toefl吗？我申的是STAT项目，已经联系了STAT DEPT以及GRADUATE STUDIES的office，前者还在等回复中，后者回答的很general，所以希望有经验的同学可以帮忙回答！万分感谢！

Exemptions include proof of receiving a degree from an accredited US high school, college, or university, or proof of education in a country with English instruction, including: Australia, Canada (English-speaking provinces), New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or other countries with approval of the School of Architecture.

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) test is required for any student whose native language is not English.  Applicants who already hold a degree from an American university, are exempt from providing a TOEFL score.

没有在stats department页面搜到关于托福要求，不过既然网站上有写follow graduate admissions rule那想来看看其他department的要求也可以。。应该是不要的

我当时申请10多所学校没有一个交托福成绩的

现在的问题是已经过了申请截至日期了啊

谢谢你！！恩 application已经在deadline之前交了 之后也收到了邮件说可以waive。
