我是来帮我之前的猎头看看有木有人有兴趣做accountant的。
因为之前找工作的时候这个猎头很尽责的帮了很多忙，然后他今天跑来找我有没有认识的人愿意从public accounting转到private sector的，职位是Senior Accountant，所以我就爬上来帮他问下。

这家公司现在正在准备IPO，预计2015年，最晚2016年上市，Candidate需要有Public Accounting的经验（四大最好，最好有CPA），应该是3~5年就够了，然后有出差的要求，每年差不多有30%的international travel，要去的国家有意大利，西班牙，中国，泰国，澳洲，新加坡，马来西亚（或者是菲律宾，这个我忘了），最近倒是不怎么加班，不过不知道到了IPO后期会不会加班。

工作地点在巴尔的摩（好吧，我自己也瞧不起这个地方，不过因为楼主老公在这里上班，我就没得选择的余地）

然后应该是不愿意给H1B sponsorship的。

因为职位和我之前的差不多，所以我把我之前的那个Job Description贴上来供参考吧：

Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting
Responsibilities:
 Assist in the management of several domestic and international stand-alone audits including financial statement preparation and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP and/or IFRS and adherence to applicable statutory requirements
 Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual analytical reviews of domestic and international operating entities resulting in SAS 100 level reviews and internal reporting packages used by management and external auditors
 Compile and analyze information related to audited and external disclosure requirements related to corporate filing and external reporting requirements, understanding US GAAP, IFRS, foreign statutory requirements & SEC rules and regulations.
 Evaluate the impact of new and proposed accounting standards required for financial statement preparation as well as various international statutory requirements and communicate to senior management and external auditors.
 Communicate financial results to appropriate personnel and management in a clear manner and prepare, review, enter and analyze various balance sheet & income statements.
 Provide assistance to internal personnel and external auditors for quarterly reviews, annual audits and budgeting and forecasting requirements.
 Provide assistance with internal SOX documentation and compliance, including the understanding of internal controls, financial reporting requirements and testing processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
 CPA preferred
 4+ years of public/private accounting experience including prior experience with internal audit, budgeting & forecasting
 Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations gained through experience with periodic reporting and registration statements.
 Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley preferred
 Familiarity with IFRS is preferred
 PeopleSoft and Hyperion experience a plus
 Excellent communication, customer service and team-oriented skills

如果有兴趣的话跟我联系吧。这个猎头我自己之前合作过，还是比较靠谱的，人很好，很负责，然后每次面试前都会把面试官的信息都发过来让参考，也会给很多公司信息帮忙准备，然后我之前面试之前还专门给我做了interview pre call。

楼主自己去面试的时候是集中面试，就是一下午面了差不多4个还是5个人，从HR manager到accounting部门的senior manager, director, controller还是VP都面了一遍，很intensive这样。但是谈话内容都很简单。给offer的效率很高，基本上是面完了两个小时就给口头offer了，第二天就发official的offer了。

嗯嗯，当然可以啦，不过我用的这家猎头公司比较小，而且他们的客户也比较local，都集中在MD，VA，DC和PA。
