感恩节住Hyatt跑到Price line订房,发现入住没有算入积分,随即联系Hyatt客服要求计入missing stay。于是有了下面的对话(email 这里就只取重点)
Hyatt:您的房费不符合规定
我:价格查的时候跟官网一样 为啥不符合规定
Hyatt:(换了个客服)您是在第三方网站定的 价格虽然显示一样 但第三方订票不能计入Hyatt积分
我:多谢 以后我从你这定 还有 如果第三方比你便宜 你会match价格么
Hyatt: (直接引用)

总结两点 1.业界良心 2.他能match价格 以后放心订(对于用CB网站订房 和 积累点数 哪个更值 请自行斟酌)
PS: 类似问题貌似坛子之前有过 后悔没当回事 幸亏是Hyatt 还给了点数 搞得我都觉得对不起他
