capital one的 quicksilver没有transaction fee 值得申请吗

APR是0 transaction fee 是none 意思就是我可以用他来还信用卡咯？最近有几笔大开销是不是可以用这张卡来付其他信用卡。

你看的应该是foreign transaction fee是0，境外无手续费。信用卡还信用卡是balance transfer，都有手续费

我收到的是信这里显示的时没有transaction fee 没有写foreign 也没有写 balance
我上他官网看了  没有年费的那张卡是visa的  有开卡100的奖励  有3%的 transaction fee
另一张mastercard的是没有 transaction fee 可是有39的年费。

寄给我的信上面让我申请的是visa版的无年费卡可是没有写关于100bouns的事情  。。。他得信上面显示的又是没有transation fee

所以我很疑惑。

你收到卡后随卡过来的信里面的 fee那个栏有balance transaction fee吗。？还是没有如果没有balance transaction fee 可以还其他信用卡啊甚至还车贷啊。。。。都有1.5%的回馈啊。。。

这个。。我就不太清楚了。。

不过我不确定你的信里面是怎么说的，看官网上那个有年费没有fee版本底下的说明有这样一段：

What Will My APR Be If I Transfer A Balance?
Any balances that you transfer through your 06/2015 billing period will receive your Transfer APR and will be posted to the Special Transfer segment of your account. Any balances that you transfer after that date will receive your Purchase APR and will be posted to the Purchase segment of your account unless the transfer is made in connection with a future offer from us.

而Transfer APR不是0，在那个网址上。只有purchase apr是0，所以你transfer之后也没有0 apr。。。还是要交利息。。

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for Purchases	0% introductory APR through your 06/2015 billing period. After that, your APR will be 22.9%. This APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate.
APR for Transfers	22.9%. This APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate.

这个是我的理解哈。。具体还是看你的信。。

以及。。balance transfer显然没有1.5% cash back。。。
这个所有卡应该都是这样的。。

You will earn 1.5% cash back on net purchases (purchases minus any credits or returns) only. Cash advances, balance transfers, and checks used to access your account are not considered purchases and will not earn rewards.
