大家好。我一位韩国同学刚找到工作需要 sublease她现在的房间。她的公寓在 Beech Kearny apartment. 你只需要和一位女phd学生共享厨房和厕所。两个房间隔了一个很长的hallway，所以根本听不到另外一个房间的任何声音。 房子非常干净，房间很大。房租 550，utility大约一个月20，Internet 一个月20，包暖气。请看下面她对房子的简介。

I want a female student or working professional to sublease my room until May 30, 2015. She will have only ONE female roommate (PhD student from Rutgers, very clean and quiet).  If you want, I can leave bed and book shelf for you for free.

- Rent is 550 + Utility (internet:27, electricity & gas:~20); Laundry is available in the building. Heating and water are included. During the winter, this house is very warm.

-The room is available immediately. You can contact me to find more information.

- Here is super quiet area and very safe. An elementary school is 1 minute away. I go around this area at 2AM or 3AM. But, you don't feel any danger.

- Transportation to school and nearby train station is very convenient.
It takes 4-5 min to walk to Bus station (including Rutgers/NJIT shuttle bus station)
Rutgers/NJIT campus shuttle stops here and you can get to Rutgers/NJIT by buses 76 and 30. Those buses are also going to Newark Penn station (76, 30) and Harrison station (30). There is also Decamp bus at the same bus stop to go to NYC, taking 40min from here.

- Post office, drugstores, banks are also 5 minutes distance.
