costco加油

costco加油是先charge150刀么。。。
昨天用FIA加油，大概加了三十多刀，然后今天看到上面pending的是150刀。。。
这=。=然后打电话到FIA，**是要等post出来才能查
小伙伴们，这是怎么搞的？

boa系的pending都很诡异的，莫慌，我上次差点以为是盗刷了，最后一想，原来我在shell加了3$的油，post出来就好了

costco用BCE或BCP加油比较划算吧

但素我之前boa卡pending都是 1刀诶。。

BCP:
