工作内容:主要负责Account Payable的工作,底下带一名AP assistant, 向Senior Finance Manager汇报。

• 2nd check employees reimbursement reports.
• Review payments request.
• Issue daily bank account balance reports.
• Create payment template and initiate payment via on-line banking.
• Approve AP settlement transactions in the internal system.
• Follow up AP account balance with vendors / suppliers and maintain the credit limits control.
• Review weekly AP aging report.
• Review payment request master file.
• Review bank books - payments.
• Prepare audit schedules.
• Costs allocations and analysis.
• Prepare month ended journal at least but not limit to depreciation, accrual, inventory and provision of bad debt.
• Maintain fixed asset registered.
• Reconciliation of inter-company transactions.
• Weekly cash flow statements.
• Weekly Sales report and inventory reports.
• Month ended USA package and internal reporting.
• Filing corporate estimate tax return.
• Assist with income tax (Federal & State) returns filing.
• Assist with SOX audit and financial audit.
• Ad hoc tasks assigned. 职位要求: • Bachelor degree major in Accounting.
• 2 - 3 year work experience in general accounting functions.
• Experienced in trading industry or CPA firm preferred.
• Good at communication skills & interpersonal skills, and problems solving skills.
• Professional work ethics, independence and details oriented.
• Be a good team player.
• Experienced in MS Office, EXCEL, WORD and PowerPoint.
• Experienced in ERP system preferred.
• With bilingual language skills in Chinese & English.
• Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
