Payoneer, a Fin-Tech company in the paymentservice industry, is looking for outstanding representatives to join ourChinese team!!

Grab this excitingopportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment and work directly withour Chinese market and interact with other internal departments in the company.

There are 2 available positions:

· CustomerApproval Dept. - Reviewing customers’ documentation, verifying customers’identity using online tools, working directly with internal data base.

· CustomerSupport –Deliver service and support to Chinese end-users via emails and phonecalls. Interact with customers to provide and process information in responseto inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our services.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required
Chinese - mother tongue / highlevel, can read and type Chinese
Fluent in English and Mandarin

Fast paced and detail-oriented
Multi-tasking and quick learners

Service oriented, pleasant, verbalcandidates

8am start to workday

US citizens preferred

Full-time TEMP to start withpotential for permanent employment

Work location – Midtown Manhattan
