求问chase online添加CSP账户

刚收到CSP，电话开卡之后自己的chase账户里没有这张卡，第二天尝试手动添加，但是显示如下，求问大家有遇到这种情况么？怎么解决的？如果单独再开一个chase online账户，freedom转点数到CSP会有问题么？

If you want to see your personal and business accounts together, please add the personal accounts to your business profile. (Note: You cannot add business accounts to your personal profile.) Also, please note that personal accounts that are already enrolled online cannot be added to a business profile.

To add your personal accounts to a business profile please follow these steps:

Contact an advisor to cancel your personal profile. (Click “Contact Us” above to view a list of telephone numbers.)
Log on to your business account profile. (Or enroll it if you currently do not have a User ID for your business accounts.)
Click “Add personal accounts” on the My Accounts page.
Follow the instructions to add your personal account(s) to your business profile.
