Description: laundry, dryer, street parking

Terms:

1.       nopet, no party animals

2.       750for the upstairs room, 800 for the downstairs room(bigger),per month.(For longstaying  tenant, like a year, the pricecould be 700 and 750)

3.       Utilitiesare not included, we will split them.

4.       Depositwill be your one-month rent and the rent are prepaid.

5.       Rentat least for three months and notify the householder one month earlier beforemoving out.
