Hello, friends! We are offering a Bachelor Suites for subleasing from July 1st-August 31th,2014. I will graduate in mid June, so I would like to sublease my place for 2 months. It has a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, a dining table with two chairs and kitchen(with cooking equipments); Flat TV(Wi-fi included), Heating, Air-condition, Microwave, Refrigerator, and all utilities (hydro, electricity, water).All these are included in rent. The Neighborhood If you'd like to explore the neighborhood, it is 10-15 minutes walking to the University of Toronto, Ryerson University,Hudsons Bay, Eaton Center, the financial center, Dundas square, the Toronto City Hall, hospital,Convenient transportation, near the bus station,etc, meet all your needs. The rent is C$ $1350 per month (including taxes). I would like you to pay rent for 2 months plus C$675 security because my lease agreement is good to August 31st. Therefore the total is C$1350x2 + C$675=C$3375. You will get security deposit back if you return the room in original condition. Note: I have to charge the security deposit because I also paid $1350 for security deposit too. If you return room in original condition, you and I will be paid back our security money. I don't charge you any surcharge. That price is what I paid per month. I can show you the receipt.
