citi forward申请疑难

上月底申请的citi forward，一直到到现在还没批，上星期刚把SSA-89和SSN寄过去。请问这种情况正常么？还有一个问题就是，citi forward card和citi forward card for student 有什么区别？因为我本来没申student card，今天电话客服后发现他们把我的转成了student card application。

The difference btw/ these 2 is forward comes w/ an promotion bonus after some purchases while the student ver. does not. I guess since Citi closes the program for forward CC they switch ur application.
