Peter Thomas Roth expiration date
There are alot of sellers selling expired Peter Thomas Roth Products. Many of you sellers probably do not even know about the expiration date code which is imprinted on each PTR product and how to decipher it. I can help with that as I contacted PTR's CS department directly and this is what they explained to me:
There is a code that consists of number/letter/numbers imprinted on every PTR product
The code is deciphered as follows"
first number = year product was manufactured (ie: 0 = 2010)
following letter = month of year product was manufactured (ie: A=Jan, etc)
following numbers/letters are simply batch numbers
An example would be 0D46. This would indicate the product was manufactured in April of 2010. The products have a shelf life of two years from the manufactured date. After that, they become "expired" and the ingredients are no longer beneficial.
