OfficeCoordinator/Office Staff Roles& Responsibilities: Witha focus on excellent customer service, efficiency and time management, awell-organized Office Manager, in addition to overseeing and handling inboundand outbound communication with all customers, will be responsible fordeveloping intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrativeprocedures, inventory control and task delegation. Belowis a list of various specific duties, not limited in overall scope and subjectto change: · The Office Coordinator should be present at the officeduring business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm); this may includeopening the office at 7:30 am (for technicians) and does include closing theoffice at 5:00 pm. · Ability to manage time and responsibilities, andcapability to work independently. · Customer Service: o Answer inbound phone calls and respond to voicemailmessages and emails promptly during business hours. Assist with any walk-ins. o Pre-screen potential customers, schedule appointmentswith Estimator. o Provide estimates over the phone or in person, asapplicable. o Assist Estimator(s) with follow-up on pending estimatesby phone and/or email. o Contact customers to schedule installation appointmentsonce all materials are in stock. · Manage job orders: o Maintain internal system flow for all jobs from the timethe quote is approved to completion of the job. o Order all supplies/materials needed for jobs fromappropriate suppliers. o Verify all order confirmations from suppliers foraccuracy. o Receive all incoming deliveries; provide payments asneeded upon delivery. · Office management: o Troubleshoot issue(s) with technicians in the field asnecessary; communication with GM/Technicians as needed. o Process timesheets for payroll processing. · Qualifications & Educational Requirements: o Excellent verbal/written communication and organizationalskills. o 1-2 years’ residential glass experience or equivalent (ordering,estimating, office/project management) preferred. o HS Diploma or equivalent. o 2 or 4-year college degree preferred. o All candidates must pass initial background check anddrug test. · Preferred Skills: o Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel). o Experience with QuickBooks Online and web-based customerservice software (CRM) preferred. 主要有两点: 1.能与客户,供应商等熟练的电话交流,并且有客服沟通经历。 2.能熟练使用电脑办公软件。 公司位于Alpharetta Halcyon,400 号公路旁,交通方便。工作轻松自由,如有兴趣与公司一起发展请发简历至: wwenzhi@yahoo.com. 期望薪资及其他待遇可附在简历中。
