GOFO Inc现急需一位 Recruiter HR，负责招聘公司各个岗位。
职位要求：
至少4年招聘相关工作经验有人事经验者优先考虑
岗位职责：
负责公司各个岗位的招聘工作，包括但不限于策划招聘计划、发布招聘信息、筛选简历、面试等环节与各部门合作，了解各部门的招聘需求，并根据需求制定招聘方案管理招聘流程，确保招聘工作高效顺畅进行维护招聘信息的及时更新，保证信息的准确性

In the US, Ebisu operates both an online store and 13 offline stores, with 3 more opening soon. We plan to establish the number one Asia chain supermarket in North America within 3 years.
While serving our customers, we identified last-mile delivery in the US as a pain point due to high costs, slow speeds, and inflexible time slots. Therefore, we established GOFO Inc in 2022 to provide economic, fast, and flexible delivery services to all local customers.

Job Description:
GOFO Inc is currently seeking a Recruiting HR responsible for recruiting for various positions within the company.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of recruiting-related work experiencePrior experience in HR is a plus
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process for various positions, including planning recruitment campaigns, posting job openings, resume screening, and conducting interviewsCollaborate with different departments to understand their recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies accordinglyOversee the recruitment workflow to ensure efficient and smooth operationsMaintain timely updates of recruitment information to ensure accuracy
