Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Air ImportOperation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for managing and coordinating T86 air import operations, ensuringthe timely and efficient movement of goods.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage air import operations from pre alertto POD, ensuring compliance with import regulations and company policies.

Prepare import documentation, including 225 and DO.

Communicate with international suppliers, trucking company,customs brokers, warehouse and last mile vendor to arrange the transportationof goods.

Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery andproactively address any delays or issues.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service,and warehouse, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to importoperations in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics,supply chain management, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year office working experience.

Must be able to cover Weekend shift.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizationalskills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in afast-paced environment.

Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel,Outlook).
