- Laundry in Building
- Privacy: Single bedroom on first floor (other bedrooms on 3 rd floor)

Rental:
- Non-smoking household
- No cannabis
- Light cooking is preferred
- Preferred single young professional
- Please keep visitation to a minimum
- Utilities are split between housemates
- 6 month rental minimum
- $800/month for 6 month period, then month to month
- Should be dog friendly as the house has a small poodle (9lbs)
- Small/medium and well-trained pets would be allowed
