position Name : Logistics Coordinator


1.Job description:
1. Responsibilities Overview
1.Assist the domestic customs clearance team to connect with US service providers
2.Assist the domestic team to ensure the completeness of customs clearanceinformation and documents. Ensure that emails can be sent to our serviceproviders and airlines in a timely manner

3.Real-time monitoring and tracking of customs clearance goods information andstatus, if any abnormality needs to be dealt with in time

4.Ensure the timeliness of the goods, and deal with various issues with airlines,truck drivers, and customs clearance companies in a timely manner.
5.Coordinate and follow-up with our US warehouse and cooperating warehouse forthe customer needs. Such as: order fulfillments, forwarding, dropship,transshipment, and demolition etc.
6.Follow up import customs clearance, terminal pick-up, FBA forwarding and trucktransportation.
7.Coordinate with our China customer service team to prepare documents, follow upwith our last mile solution provider to track our packages and solve problemssuch as located package, package lost and refund request etc...

2. Daily work

KPIindicator monitoring

USwarehouse:

1. truck transportation
2. Lastmile service provider pickups
3. Packagedelivery time
4. Packagedelivery errors

Customsclearance:
1.          First mile’s flight airline documentcheck
2.          Airline timeliness monitoring
3.          Timeline monitoring of goods landingand loading to warehousing
4.          3. Package delivery time monitoring
5.          Customs clearance errors
6.          Truck pickup errors

System& Process
1. Familiarand fluent with warehouse WMS system
2. Familiarwith and able to use warehouse clearance and CFS system

dailyfollow up
1.          Follow up customer clearanceappointments, US warehouse appointments, US warehouse delivery timelines, etc.
2.          Follow up the final delivery timeand deal with the abnormal part information in time to ensure the logisticstime
3.          Answer customer service-relatedmatters about the final customs clearance.

4.          Follow up importcustoms clearance, terminal pick-up, final FBA and truck transportation

5.          Real-time monitoringand tracking of customs clearance goods information and status, if anyabnormality needs to be dealt with in time.
