职责描述：
1. Participate in the process of launching key new features on our web management platform and mobile app — including: researching, sketching, designing, launching, measuring, and iterating to solve product needs.

2. Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high fidelity UX flows and designs

3. Work in close collaboration with a strong team of product managers, marketing development team, and developers to create a simple and consistent user-centered experiences cross-platform.

4. Partner with product manager and UI designer to visually define the user interface in our product. You’ll support the creation and management of our design system on web and mobile, guide and advise fellow designers in the creative process of contributing to our design system.

5. Provide visual feedback and guidance to other designers on visual design execution.

任职要求：
1. Have a BA/BFA/BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design or UX Design, or related design experience.
具有平面设计、视觉传达、工业设计或用户体验设计的 BA/BFA/BS 或相关设计经验。
2. Have 3 years of experience as a UX or interaction designer, with a strong background in visual design.
具有 3 年以上的 UX 或交互设计师经验，具有强大的视觉设计背景。
3. Have the ability to design at all stages of development while integrating ongoing user research, building from sketches and wireframes to prototypes to high fidelity mocks.
具备各个阶段的开发设计能力，同时整合正在进行的用户研究，从草图和线框到原型再到高保真模拟。
4. Self-motivated and have the ability to clearly communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas to designers, product managers, and engineers.

5. Have experience using industry standard design tools. (Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Axure PR, Modao, InVision, Zeplin, Flinto, etc.)

6. Experienced in prototyping as measures to convey design solutions.

7. Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English. Work effectively with cross-functional teams including non-technical colleagues;
