纽约州医疗保险是自动续保吗？

你好，我想请问大家纽约州基本计划医疗保险是自动续保吗？因为我现在新公司提供了一个保险，那么以前用的基本计划保险需要我自己告诉保险公司停吗？还是今年我不找它们续就停了？
