招聘岗位:

1 渠道专员 2名
工作内容:
负责货物报关、跟单、查验等相关文件
配合清关公司货物到港,安排卡车公司提货
负责航空货物交仓、安检过线等相关工作
海关进出口商品归类、通关贸易规则
与客户建立良好合作关系
遵守公司内部业务操作流程
提高业务效率、内部把控、成本控制
执行公司安排的业务拓展工作,多渠道优化

2 财务助理
要求:
1 在美国有合法工作身份
2 美国金融本科或相关学历毕业
3 有对接银行、申请打款、信用证,收付款相关工作经验至少一年

3 Customer Service
Job Overview
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering
exceptional customer service to all Elogistic clients. The CSS carries
out all customer service activities in a prompt, courteous, and
effective manner. The qualified candidate ensures all inquiries and
complaints are handled appropriately and customer relationships are
established and maintained. Completes other clerical duties and special
requests as directed. Communicates effectively with internal and
external clients to accomplish the common goal of providing first class
customer service. Supports the Sales organization with completing
administrative tasks
Principle Duties and End Results
Manages incoming calls and customer service inquiries.Handles customer complaints and provides appropriate solutions and
alternatives within a given timeframe and follows up to ensure
resolution.Research and diagnose issues that resolve customer concerns to ensure a high level of retention and satisfaction.Follow up with domestic and international shipping partners to get
updated tracking information and current statuses for client deliveriesResearch and record proper information for damaged or issue shipments and submit claims to shipping partnersGenerate all related paperwork and necessary information related to fulfillment client accounts and posts to proper filesCoordinate special, last minute requests.Follows up on customer inquiries in a timely fashion or pushes to proper stakeholderMaintains excellent working relationships with customers by
responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning, invoices,
shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.Act as a liaison between the warehouse/office and the customer in the administration of accountsOversee all paperwork associated with client accounts and maintain the corresponding files.Maintain a current and accurate procedures manual that details the processing requirements for each client.Route perspective customer inquiries to sales teamCommunicate regularly with other department departments such as
Channel team, operations and Account, Sales to ensure client needs and
expectations are consistently met or exceeded
Qualifications:
2 year of experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations, warehouse operations or related experience in customer service.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Has an energetic personality and takes pride in helping others resolve issues.Must be able to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.Must be fluent in both Chinese and English languages.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.Proficiency with E-commerce-based IT systems including OMS, TOMS, WMS.Passion for helping others, driven, determined, collaborative.Experience delivering results, possessing a positive work ethic, and meeting deadlines.A successful track record working in a high-volume environment.General office knowledge, including telephone techniques and computer skills in a customer service environment.
