A top producing real estate agent with Re/Max is looking for an experienced Real Estate Assistant. This is an extremely high volume office and the ideal candidate must have the skill and experience to organize and manage this very busy office.

Responsibilities:
- Assist a Top Producer & Office Manager with the day to day operations of the real estate sales team
between the agent and team
- Coordinate duties and responsibilities of the team
- Design, prepare and implement all aspects of marketing, including working with the social media team
- Coordinate inspections, appointments and meeting.
- Sign for, drop off and distribute mails and package.
- Research, price, and purchase office items and supplies

Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be able to multi-task, patient and detailed oriented
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Outstanding written and oral presentation skills
