It's a 5 bedroom, 3 level townhouse. I have 3 bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs. Therefore, there will be a total of 5 occupants in the house.

I have 4 bedroom available for rent as followed:
1 master bedroom (~350 square feet) with private bathroom for $850
1 bedroom upstairs with shared bath, unfurnished for $575, can furnished for extra $50 per month
1 spacious bedroom downstairs for $650 per month with shared bath, unfurnished
1 small bedroom downstairs for $550 per month with shared bath, furnished
You only have to share the bathroom with one more person at most. The 2 bedrooms in the basement will share 1 bathroom and the one bedroom upstairs will share with one other person as well. The master bedroom comes with private bath.
