Now rent one of a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom apartment. The house is in Cypress Village, a newly built community in Irvine in 2017. The supporting facilities of the community are very complete and the transportation is convenient. It is about a 20-minute drive from uci and a 5-minute drive to the nearby Chinese supermarket. There are many Chinese restaurants and supermarkets around the community, and the largest shopping mall in Irvine, Spectrum, South Coast Plaza, and the seaside are also very convenient. The rented room is spacious and bright, with plenty of sunlight and a separate bathroom. The other two rooms in the house live with two young boys and girls who are already working, and everyone gets along very well. In addition, everyone shares the kitchen, and the washing machine + dryer is provided free of charge.
There are two cats Check-in time: June 1 can check in Rent: rent 850 / month, water, heating, grid gas fees are shared with roommates.
