As you know your H-1B registration was submitted to USCIS last month. USCIS has now completed the initial lottery selection for the fiscal year 2021 H-1B cap and your case was not selected.

"Submitted" registrations will remain in consideration for selection until the end of the fiscal year (September 30, 2021), at which point all registration statuses will be changed on the USCIS system to reflect Selected, Not Selected or Denied. In the event that USCIS determines that it needs to increase the number of registrations projected to meet the H-1B regular cap or the advanced degree exemption allocation, USCIS will select from registrations held in reserve to meet the H-1B regular cap or advanced degree exemption allocation. In practical terms, however, from this point forward the chances of you being selected are very small.
