Looking for a bright and energetic CHINESE-ENGLISH translator/phone operator- customer service- Remote- AT HOME WORK!

We are a professional award-winning roofing company located in the heart of Carrollton and that is looking to expand into a new market into our beloved Chinese community and we need your help!

We need someone with the following skillset:

Fluent in Chinese and English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Shows professionalism over the phone

Detail-oriented with organization skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn this industry

Ability to use discretion when trusted with customers’ information

We are looking for someone to take the clients’ initial calls in a professional manner, set up appointments and relay them to our Sales Manager- we are new to this market so we anticipate less than 30 calls per month- however, should there be hail or tornadoes, that number will increase. This is NOT a 9-5 job- because it is a remote -at home position, we require someone who is ok at picking up calls random times whether it be early morning or late evening and weekends.

There might be times that we might require translation via facetime or in person- there will be extra pay when it’s the latter.
