求帮忙判断是否是RA

请问下大家，因为按照irs的要求，f1签证必须持有5年以上且满足presence test才算作RA。第一条5年的我肯定是满足，就是关于第二条的presence test，每年的1月肯定是不满足要求的啊，是否是说每年1月RA都会变成NRA，然后到2月再自动转换成RA呢？谢谢

31 days during the current year, and
183 days during the 3-year period that includes the current year and the 2 years immediately before that, counting:
All the days you were present in the current year, and
1/3 of the days you were present in the first year before the current year, and
1/6 of the days you were present in the second year before the current year.
