根据这两个月的下offer的感受来看,市场已在逐步恢复。2019年10-11月是近期市场最冷的阶段,12月-1月已经明显好转。上周末两天open house, 我发出去150份flyer。12月和1月下了蛮多房子offer,稍低价位的房子基本都有multiple offers。
感谢朋友们的支持,2020年开年半个月就有6套房子进入合同,2套在San Jose, 1套San Ramon, 1套Dublin, 1套Hayward, 1套Mountain House; 同时还有3个Lease也找到了心仪的租客,1套在san ramon, 1套在Fremont, 1套在Alameda(这套3房2卫1400sqf的房租租出去4500/月);另有代理的奶茶店在上市半个月就进入合同。
