因为工作原因调动要离开美国，现想转手自己的2018奔驰GLC300 的lease. 车车只开了一年多，是外白内黑的GLC300 四驱版本，带全景天窗，carplay, 盲点监测，无钥匙进入，全自动座椅等配置，非常适合日常通勤周末上山下海。当时拿了一个很不错的deal，希望能找到人接手~

MSRP: $46,975
Monthly payment: $381.85 pre-tax, $411/mo including CA TAX and prepaid maintenance


Current mileage: 11750 miles as of 12/10/2019
Maturity mileage: 30,000 miles for 36 months
Maturity date: 07/24/2021

Incentive for new lessee (if any): I will be moving out California in Feb. If we can transfer the car in late Jan, I will cover your first-month payment.

Transfer fee: $595 by MBFS

Lease的接手人会直接跟MBFS进行之后的所有payment，车会完全转到你的名下。接手的人需要支付$411 的monthly payment（含税，包含保养费用），以及$595的lease transfer fee (to MBFS) 和$5000的MSD. MSD是muiltiple-security deposit，是用来降低租车三年期间的利息的，还车时会全数退还。如若车不小心被撞totoal了，在保险理赔后，MSD也会全数由MBFS退还。

没有downpay. 只需要继续支付每个月的lease payment.
