1. Contact for Children at school.
A print out of the emergency contact showing Francisco clearly stated as the step-parent and the second contact with emergencies with our children. Previous FEEPAY with the schools stated Francisco as a contact and parent. This shows continuation.
2. Lease.
I bought the mobile home we are living in back in 2008. The mobile home doesn’t have a mortgage as it was already paid for. We rent land that is a month to month lot payment. Francisco is on the month to month lot payment responsibilities.
3. Bank Statements.
Bank statements for three years from 2015 to current. Showing a well-established shared account of day to day living and household expenses. In addition to the letter from the Bank stating Francisco was added to the account July of 2015.

- Previously submitted showing Francisco as a beneficiary sending again as requested.
- Previously submitted showing Renee as a beneficiary. Started new employment in July 2018 and sending documentation of new life insurance policy with new employer and Renee as beneficiary.
6. Insurance car policy showing continued insurance in both of our names and residence.

18. Death planning. Will or power of attorneyI actually sent a lot of the same stuff they lost half of it when it was moved from CA to VT. It is very ridiculous that I have seen people that originally sent far less get approved. My husband and I have been together 8 years at this point. Dated for 4 and married for 4.

• A copy of our airline reservations for a vacation that we took as a Family in August 2016 visiting his family in Mexico.
