来吐槽烙印公司和老板

1. My boss wears many hats and everything needs to be approved by her because she owns the company.
2. There is no communication between channels and things just showed up randomly the next day and she want the change to be done right of the way.
3. We are just full time people with benefits but work no different than the temps.
4. Every program worked out perfectly in his head and only one person is really the developer.
5. We had no right to say how to make the program better because it was just so perfect even he tries to get your opinions but shuts you down or just never heard back.
6. we have no access to the program so we can’t help to improve the system and answers customers’ questions because we are just like spies to them.
7. My boss does not trust open source softwares so everything is done by human hands.
8. It cost the company more money to spent on softwares so we just do on our own and hiring bunch of temps because it cost less.
