岗位职能：
1. collaborate with business leaders to analyze problems, optimize processes, and present results to stakeholders
2. deliver on project-based and ad-hoc, data analysis and reporting requests.
3. compile complex data sets from various sources
4. identify data sets that can drive strategy, improve decision making and automate processes.

preferred skills:
1. bachelor degree in  math, statistics, economics, MIS or other quantitative field preferred
2. proficiency with SQL
3. experience with Python, R, or SAS
4. strong analytical and problem solving skill
5. a positive attitude and strong work ethic
