岗位职能：

1. interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

2. acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/ data systems

3.  identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

4. work with management to  prioritize business and information needs

5. locate and define new process improvenment opportunities

preferred skills:

1. technical expertise regarding data models, data base design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

2. strong knowledge of statistics

3. adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
