Biotech公司招聘技术客服，位于Houston北边，临近Spring.

现招一名技术客服，要求生物/化学/化工专业，了解实验过程，英语流利。主要工作内容是接电话回邮件。

工作时间为8:30 - 5:00 pm/ 9:00-5:30 pm.

福利：第一年有12天PTO，准时上下班，工作比较轻松。公司每天都有牛奶/咖啡/茶水和零食供应。提供Tolltag给员工上下班走tollway。团队关系和谐。

薪水：起薪40-50K，视经验和学历而定，phd会更高。三个月后会视表现加薪。具体可以面谈。

Selleck Chemicals is seeking a technical support specialist with strong background in biomedical research field.

Job Duty

Provide technical support for new and existing customers in biomedical research field.
Assist customers with experimental design questions and data interpretation.
Troubleshoot customer complaints in a timely manner.
Provide technical support and training for regional sales representatives and field scientists


Requirement,

B.S. or above in Biomedical Sciences or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, can work independently with minimal supervision
Previous customer experience is a plus
