Job Descriptions: The Program Lead is integral to the success of C2 Education by providing support to the CenterDirector (CD), answering student and parent questions, and ensuring a highlevel of customer service.
Responsibilities: · Provide superior customer service, dedicated toexceeding the expectations and requirements of customers. · Schedule and conduct interim conferences withparents and students. · Maintain full knowledge of school courses,academic plans, and student progress and provide it to students and parentsupon direction from CD. · In conjunction with CD, perform class schedulemaintenance to effectively staff sessions that meet company efficiency andusage targets. · Assist CD with sales conferences withprospective customers to review C2’s programs and services. · Support school and community events by ensuringthat marketing materials are updated, printed, and readily available · Manage inventory of workbooks, office supplies,and marketing collateral. · Quickly and accurately communicate customerrequests to management. · Document sales by creating or updating customerprofile records.

Qualifications: · 1-3 years of relevant work experience · Bachelor's degree required · Background in sales, education, hospitality, orretail · Very comfortable engaging with new people
