关于订货的问题

亲，我几个星期钱在gucci官网定了各打折的雨靴，等了好几个星期了  今天才发给我邮件说：

  但是我是真的很喜欢那个靴子，所以有什么办法么？  还有我11月28号定了各耳机在amazon 但是到了以后感觉很不喜欢因为和包装上的差很多（个人意见哈），但是罪外层的塑料皮让我撕开了这样还能return么？？
