Job Description CarSpade is a young, professional Chinese vehicle trading platform under CitySpade that aims to help every single customer solve all the problems and avoid any possible scams in buying a car. We are thrilled to connect our customers with the best quality car resource! Right now we are in urgent need of highly motivated, results-driven sales pros for new and used vehicles. In this position, you will directly walk with consumers and regional car dealers to locate and finalize vehicles for purchase. You will work in a fun, rewarding, and results-oriented environment, and bring your experience, personality, and skills to our expanding business to consumer auto sales department. Responsibilities • Help customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies • Help facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and service requirements • Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; make sure seller will offer services, warranties, and financing; make sure deliver automobile and collect payment • Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail • Perform walkaround with a new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles • Maintains updated knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions • Attend all staff meeting, training, and educational classes as required Requirements • Prior automotive sales experience required. • Have the ability to work with customers and provide an exceptional experience. • Have a strong desire to succeed. • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships. • Basic computer, email and internet proficiency. • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
