On December 6, 2018, EnlightCareer held a Graduation Season Financial Elite Cocktail Forum. EnlightCareer invited more than 10 senior management in the industries of finance, consulting, and the Big Four who are from Morgan Stanley, KPMG, Mizuho Americas, BNP Paribas, Blackstone, BlackRock, etc. They shared personal work experience and job-hunting skills with more than 60 students and industry newcomers. We also provided people with valuable opportunities to have a one-to-one discussion about their personal career development plans with the guest speakers. The event was extraordinarily bustling.  

1.     High-end and Elegant Event Scene

The event planning team of EnlightCareer carefully arranged the scene before the event, preparing exquisite sandwiches, cakes, French mellow wines and beautiful gifts for the participants in order to create a high-end and elegant event scene.

2.     Valuable Guest Sharing

The first part of the forum was a guest sharing session. The 8 guests, who from the top investment banks and the “Big Four,” personally shared their valuable daily work experience and job-hunting skills in detail with the students and industry newcomers as well as provided them with practical job-hunting and career-planning suggestions. All the participants expressed that they benefited a lot from the forum.

3.     Enjoyable Networking

Networking session was the second part of the forum. EnlightCareer prepared exclusive name cards for the guests according to their career fields, letting participants have a more effective communication. During the private networking session, the participants not only got a one-on-one contact with the industry elites, but also acquainted with many like-minded new friends.
