We are seeking internet savvy Operator to manage various aspects of day to day operations.

The eCommerce Operator will be responsible for day-to-day operations on our site.

■ Responsibilities

* Processing orders for fulfillment

* Customer Service - helping customers via phone, email and live chat (quotes, order entry, tracking, product questions, etc)

■ Qualifications

* At least 2+ years experience working in an eCommerce environment

* Extremely detail oriented and computer savvy

: Proficiency with MS Office(Microsoft Excel) and Adobe(Photoshop, illustration)

■ Job Type: Full-time
