Novaland Media & Film Production Company is an international media producing, marketing and entertainment group. Our professionals have established a unique and strong business network within the entertainment industry representing a diverse roster of event properties, consumer brands, and multi-platform media entities. This position is responsible for working closely with the talents in the day-to-day operations of the short video/ live streaming platforms. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: - Oversees interactions of short video/ live streaming platforms talents and keep seeking out new talents for short video/ live streaming
- Supervise the careers of current talents by constantly monitoring their performance and communicates with them
- Offer creative guidance to talent, plans, oversees and manages all aspects of their social media profiles
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with talents and short video/ live streaming platforms partners
- Forecasts, evaluates, conceptualizes and executes strategies for short video marketing promotion
- Manages and oversees select creative projects and development of custom events
- Creates and updates creative assets for short video properties, corporate initiatives and/or promotional use
- Implements administrative reports, marketing finance budgets and spreadsheets
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communication/Journalism or equivalent work experience
- Proficient PC (Microsoft Office and Filemaker Pro) and creative design programs (Mac, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
- 1-2 years of marketing/industry experience preferred

- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills needed
- Creative thinking/artistic vision
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English
- Experience in entertainment industry
- Highly, self-motivated, self-starter
