收到email要authorization code，但是问了amex根本不给啊，有人买过吗？怎么解决的

I am glad you contacted. Usually the authorization code shows when charge posts on the account, we have checked and there is no such code showing on the account.Either you can ask merchant to claim the charge and we will check if any code shows with the posted charge.or you can inform merchant that American Express did not receive any code.
