20007) is available for rent for $1400 a month.  All utilities and
internet included (everything but cable) and completely furnished
(including cookware).  Includes separate heater and AC so that you can
set your own temperature.  Washer and dryer are shared in separate
basement area, which is also available for your storage use.  Street
parking included.  A great rental for a professional student.  Would
prefer a 12-month lease, but are flexible with terms so long as 30
days notice is given.

Description:  Studio-sized English basement with full kitchen and
shower bathroom.  A separate entrance for privacy.  Located in the
neighborhood of Glover Park, a few blocks from bars and restaurants,
and walking distance to Georgetown.  Convenient location to bus routes
(Dupont bus route is across the street and a bus to AU is a few blocks
away), and Uber Pool and Lyft Line rides are typically $5 or under to
anywhere in the city.

No security deposit required, but first and last month's rent required
upon signing the contract.
